Sandy Ratsachak started her journey with the Kapor Center in 2021, stepping into the role of Office Coordinator. Her dedication to enhancing the center’s environment and her unwavering passion for the organization propelled her to her current position as the Facilities and Office Services Manager. Before becoming a part of the Kapor Center team, Sandy’s professional background was deeply rooted in the dynamic realm of retail management; she cultivated her management career and honed her leadership skills with distinguished brands including Nordstrom, Sephora, and Target.

Raised in the Bay Area, Sandy takes pride in her roots as a proud first-generation Lao American. Beyond work, she finds joy in exploring new places with her daughter, cherishing time with loved ones, and relishing Oakland’s vibrant food scene.
