Candase Chambers (She/Her)

Candase Chambers is the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications. She leads all digital efforts (social media, website, email, newsletters) across our organizations to tell the story about our evolving organizations and their strategies, to amplify our visibility, and communicate the impact of our initiatives.

She’s a proud Oakland native, UC Berkeley and IDEAL Scholar Alumna, and digital media enthusiast! With a master’s degree in communications, Candase has 10 years of experience in digital marketing, videography, social media, and graphic design. Candase began her career in television and previously joined the Kapor Center as the Digital Content Manager in 2018.

Outside of the office, Candase is a mom to her 10-year old son Kyle, a fashionista, and volunteers with local organizations combating homelessness in the Bay Area, including the Interfaith Council of Alameda County.
