Tiana Chang (She/Her)

Tiana Chang is the People & Recruiting Operations Coordinator at the Kapor Center. She recently graduated from UC Santa Cruz where she obtained her B.A. in Sociology and Legal Studies; her undergraduate research was primarily focused on Asian diaspora studies and critical race theory. Prior to joining the Kapor Center, she worked with grassroots nonprofits that worked to preserve native plant and aquatic biodiversity, and achieve food sovereignty through small-scale agriculture.

Tiana is an Oakland native and loves exploring around the city for new places to eat and stroll. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, collecting ceramics, and going to A’s games.
