Adam Aguilera (He/Him)

Adam joined Kapor Capital in 2021 after first being a part of the organization as a Summer Associate in 2019. Given his background in financial services and passion for consumer health and wellness, his interest areas include fintech and digital health.
After growing up in the East Bay, Adam spent most of his professional career on the East Coast. While living in New York City, he worked as an Investment Grade Corporate Bond Trader as part of Jefferies’ Fixed Income Division. Following this opportunity, he worked at a NY-based startup accelerator with the goal of learning more about entrepreneurship and innovation. Most recently, he served as a finance manager for a fintech startup called Pando.
Benefiting from the guidance and mentorship received as an A Better Chance (ABC) Scholar and Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) Fellow, Adam completed a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Outside of work, Adam is an avid runner and mediocre basketball player. He also enjoys traveling and engaging with international cultures through language study and cuisine.
