We would like for the Kapor Center to become a destination for robust conversations and action around tech, diversity and inclusion, and social impact. We are excited about working with other organizations and companies to co-host effective and compelling events to be held in our facilities.
We seek to provide space to organizations and companies that: 1) are aligned with our mission and priorities, 2) will work with us to shape a common tech diversity and inclusion-related event agenda, and 3) will bring new audiences to the Kapor Center.

To be considered, events should take place between Monday and Friday and cannot be scheduled prior to 8 AM or after 9 PM (No set-ups earlier than 8 AM.). After-hours events must have at least 20 attendees. Only the Lotus Theater can be used for any event that has programming (speakers, panels, AV, slides, etc.). Any networking/receptions after a Lotus Theater event will take place in the foyer outside the Lotus Theater.
Our outdoor roof space is available for reception-style events with minimal speaking roles and is available from May to October. To be clear, rental of the roof space does not include the fourth floor indoor cafe.
