Event Description (from The Foundation Center website):

The Nonprofit CRM Roundtable will create space for those exploring and considering CRM platforms, as well as those with experience and knowledge to share, to come together for shared learning, discovery and answers. The goal is for participants to leave with a better understanding of their options, as well as the best practices and processes that can help them achieve a successful CRM deployment or migration. This highly interactive, dialog-driven session will invite participants to bring their questions and needs, compare stories and experiences, and collectively build knowledge and capacity around this essential topic. Participants can choose which breakout session to attend on the day of the program.

The event is organized by The Foundation Center and Aspiration, in partnership with the individual breakout session facilitators as noted below.

Four Breakout Sessions to choose from:

1. CRM for Absolute Beginners (facilitated by Aspiration)
2. Are You Ready to Select a CRM? On Software Selection Process (facilitated by Robert Weiner)
3. Day in the Life of Using a CRM (facilitated by Eric Talbert, EMERGENCY-USA; and Edward Wang, World Savvy)
4. Open Source CRM Case Study (facilitated by Kellie Brownell, Electronic Frontier Foundation)
