The Oakland African American Chamber of Commerce (OAACC) is pleased to invite you and all its supporters to join them in celebration of the Oakland African American Chamber Foundation’s 15th Annual Business Awards Luncheon. The Kapor Center‘s Cedric Brown will be the keynote speaker.
