Facebook DevCircles Oakland: Launch Party

Facebook DevCircle: Oakland is a new community focused on bringing together software engineers of all levels and Oakland residents that are serious about learning and building software.

At 150+ members, and growing, they’ve decided it’s time to get together, mingle with fellow DevCircle members, and give feedback to your leads about the group’s vision for the community.

This is a free event where your local leads Aaron Dolores and Albrey Brown will give an overview of their plans for the Oakland Chapter and take feedback from members after which the FBDevC program lead, Matt Terrell, will walk about the overall vision of Facebook DevCircles and what you can expect in the future.

Following the presentations, there will be networking with other members over food and drinks.

6pm to 6:15pm – getting settled
6:20 to 7:00pm – introduction to devCircles feat Aaron, Albrey, Matt
7:05 to 7:45pm – keynote speaker (to be announced)
7:45 to 8:45pm – reception
